Everything seemed to be going ok, we had set up payment for our second hand car, but when we arrived to collect it, they did not have the log book, so could not tax it! We were told it would take some time to resolve as they could not get hold of the owner to obtain the code from the log book, although they'd had a week to sort these issues out and we were offered the salesman's car to use in the mean time.

No goodwill gesture was offered, we even had to put fuel in the car! Needless to say, it took the sheen off what should have been an exciting experience of purchasing a car with this dealership. Not only a fantastic Garage, our sales man Mr Drage was exceptional from the initial enquiry to Handover, done exactly what we asked of him and went beyond the call of duty.

We have purchased many premium cars from different Garages. This by far was our best experience by a country mile and it continued with the after sales, we phoned up with multiple questions and nothing was to much hassle. The car was a used car but was handed over like new and we had a full detailed demonstration before we left that filled us full of confidence. Whilst you see plenty of negative reviews, if you buy through Mr Drage at this garage you will certainly be impressed and not regret it.

I had a similar experience. Very, very poor dealership. I had a fantastic experience with Wollaston, the sales team are professional and honest, did nothing but try to help and understand my needs to make recommendations, I spent a long time with the sales person and they were happy to spend as long with me as needed. I ordered my car on the Tuesday and collected 2 days later, perfectly clean and as described. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I havent yet had to use the service dept but the entire place had a good look, seemed efficient and tidy, The cafe is nice too! Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a glowing review. BMW had told me that they had contacted head office only to find out that this was a lie and no issue had been logged. The car has just turned 18 months old today. I will not use BMW Wollaston again. The car is a delight to drive, but I dislike the written manual. It's over complex, and clearly written by an engineer with very limited communication skills.

Nevertheless, Prem has been helpful in talking me through the idrive system and has happily taken my calls when I need guidance on using the system. Took my 6 series for its first MOT to this dealer, they failed it on a small cut to tyre and obviously suggested I paid many s of pounds for a new one.

The cut was very small 15mm and no cords were showing, so next day took it to another dealer and showed them the cut and explained that Wollaston had failed it because of the cut, however, they said the tyre was legal as cut was less than 25mm so passed it with no issues.

So why did Wollaston BMW fail it, to make a sale on a very expensive new tyre, or through incompetence? No idea, but wouldn't surprise me if the MOT guys are on some sort of 'unofficial' bonus! My advice, don't risk your hard earnt cash, take your car to an independent garage.
